There’s no doubt that the world is changing rather rapidly. We’ve moved away from PC screens to mobiles and now to even eyeglasses. For that matter, even the world of web design has changed rapidly.
It’s difficult to fathom how one learns web design. Now, there are a number of ways to do so. Yet the question remains: what is the best way to learn how to design for the web?
Here are two ways by which you can learn web design:
1: Universities
Thanks to rise of the internet and an added emphasis on information technology, the need for more web designers has risen. This, in turn, calls for more students who can now take courses at universities that have been designed specifically to help them become web design professionals.
Not only will you get to learn the basics of web design but also work on projects under strict deadlines and without compromising on quality. This is very much like how it is in the real world. Of course, there are professor who can mentor you, critique your work and even appreciate it if it is good enough.
2: Online Courses
Some people actually learnt web design through the medium of online courses where the tuition is not that high. This is an excellent alternative for those who have already graduated from college. Since one can easily learn HTML or CSS without even leaving their seat, this opens possibilities like no other. Of course, this method is very rewarding for those who are self-learners. Finally, it is probably more practical to opt for an online course since it is much cheaper and just as useful if not more.
