Apple says it is the smartest way to surf the net. Apple’s Safari works seamlessly across all your iOS devices, Macs and PCs protecting your privacy. It allows you to browse longer and loads incredibly faster with power-saving ability. Simply it is a Web browser developed by Apple and first released in January 2003. As of June 2014, more than 46 percent of mobile Web browsing traffic used Safari. Its main features include private browsing mode that doesn’t save browsing history, ability to zoom in on Web page details, custom style sheets, ability to archive or e-mail a Web page, integration with other Apple’s iWeb software and many more.
It’s a new way to surf the Web away from behemoths Microsoft’s Internet Explorer, Mozilla’s Firefox and Google’s Chrome. Microsoft Windows users were able to use it for a while starting in 2007 but it was discontinued later. Over the years, Safari built a good reputation for itself. Even though Android commands the smartphone market with more than 80 percent market share, when it comes to mobile and tablet browsing many uses apple’s Safari browser. More than 38 million users visit the site every day.
